CHARLES DeRHAM Obituary
CHARLES, died in his sleep November 19 with his wife of 24 years, Lalla, by his side. Born November 7, 1929 in New York, NY, a Marine Corps veteran, in 1954, Charles graduated from Harvard, began a 35 year career at IBM and married Nancy Stedman. Among many accomplishments with IBM, he worked with Jacquelyn Kennedy to computerize addresses and after the president's assassination to thank citizens for their condolences. He is survived by his wife, Lalla de Rham, 2 sons with his first wife, Nancy and their wives, J. Christopher and Alice de Rham, Philip and Leslie de Rham, step-daughter, Paula Mather Shober and her husband Stephen P. Swan, step-son, Edward Wharton Shober III ("Nubby") and his partner, Rebecca Baldwin, and step-granddaughters, Josephine Shober Miller and Lang Chapoton Miller. A Memorial Service will be held at St. David's Episcopal Church in Radnor, PA and a celebration of his life will be planned for the spring in New Hampshire.

My name is Ina Watters and I just found out that Charles passed away! I was friendly with him when he lived in Patterson, I lived in Putnam Lake! I am from Ireland! He was a very nice man and very helpful and a lot of fun! I remember him at IBM too! Sorry about Charlie! May he rest in Peace! April 7th 2019! So sorry! Ina Watters
