Sir Barry Wilson was on the board of governors at St. Nicholas Primary School in Child Okeford, Dorset. He provided invaluable support and took a leading role in the development of plans to build a pre-school on the school site. As headteacher, I appreciated his enthusiasm and determination. I held him in high regard; he was a true friend of the school. My condolences to his family.
