Beate "Betty" SOBANSKI

Although it is not possible for me to be with you during these days of saying farewell to your beloved Betty, be assured of my prayerful memories of her -- strong from my time as pastor of Our Lady of the Scapular. Betty was always there to lend assistance to whatever happening was taking place in the parish, and I recall her and Ted being actively present at Sunday Eucharist. The death of her daughter Barbara no doubt brought great pain and anguish to her (Barb equally was a great parish worker and worshipper). Now for all eternity they are together, we pray, and being rewarded for their labours on earth. May Betty's soul rest in peace!
