Wow still so hard to believe that you are gone. I remember soo many childhood memories of us. Gosh where to start! We used to have a blast jumping the wooden ramp in the back alley! I was always the one who had to lie down on the ground underneath it while you and Matt jumped over me! I remember me always taunting you outfront and you chasing me yelling, Matt you better get your sister!! Lol. Gosh the memories could just go on and on! Now everytime I look down at my awesome tatt's, I will think of you and all of the fun times that we shared! Rest In Peace Russ... Gone but never forgotten.

Russell was "adopted" son for almost 15 years. His smiles and laughs were so hilarious. He knew just when to show up and say something funny to break whatever situation was going down. He talked to me several times about his life plans and what he wanted to do with his life. He was my "go to" guy when things needed fixed or if I needed the scoop on my son. He was a very respectful man to me and my late husband and was the best friend to my son. His spirit will remain at our house as well as many memories. Rest in peace my "adopted" son. I love you and will miss you always.

Our hearts are with Barbie, April, Grace, Mr. Chuck, and Russell's family and friends in this time of sorrow. Please accept our most heartfelt sympathies. Our thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time. Hold tight to memories for comfort, lean on your friends for strength, and always remember how much you are cared about. May the peace that comes from the memories of love shared comfort you now and in the days ahead. Although no words can really help to ease the loss you bear, just know that you are very close in our thoughts and prayers.
Love,
Ashley, Rob, Lilly and Jacob

Forever in our hearts

One of the greatest people I have ever known. The world is going to be a lot greyer without him in it. His presence was known immediately when he walked in a room and his spirit would cheer up the lowest of the low. He was one of the greatest friends anyone could ask for. He loved without regard for himself and enjoyed being with those he loved and cared for most of all. It's a difficult thing to imagine life without Russ in it. He made things ok. I love you always Russell Allen. You will never be forgotten. I pray that we all remember the good about him and what he brought to our lives. I pray we never forget to live a little and to enjoy those that mean the most while they are with us. God needed this angel for a reason that we do not yet understand, so we can not see him physically anymore. However, many of us will forever carry a part of him with us until it is time for us to meet again. Rest easy and know that you touched so many in your life.
