Dateline-Exeter, NH Beatrice C. (Rowe) Towle, 84, died at Exeter Hospital on January 17, 2011 surrounded by family after a period of failing health. She is the wife of the late William F. Towle and the daughter of the late James M. and Frances (Seward) Rowe. Bea was born on May 2, 1926 and lived her entire life in Exeter, New Hampshire. She graduated from Robinson Female Seminary in 1945. She retired after 30+ years service at Perkins, Holland, Donovan, Beckett and Welch Law Firm in Exeter, NH. Bea most loved spending time with her family. She often spoke of the times she and Bill spent with their friends at the Rockingham Ballroom. She is survived by three children, Stephany Daley and her husband James Jr. of Newfields, NH, William J. Towle of Lebanon, ME., and Samuel Towle and his wife Lynne of Raymond, NH; seven grandchildren, Jason Towle and his wife Cheri, James Daley III, Victoria West, Aaron Daley and his wife Angela, Tonya Wood and her husband Brian , Heidi West, and Alan Towle; nine great grandchildren, Natasha, Hannah, Nathan, Dakota, Ian, Danielle, Noah, Shilo, and Ryan; a great great granddaughter, Amelia; her brother Chris Rowe and wife Joyce; her sister, Edna and husband Eugene Morgan and sisters-in-law Dorothy Rowe, Patricia Towle, and Joanne Lepage; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her daughter, Barbara E. West and by brothers, James Rowe, Richard Rowe and Arthur Wiggin. Calling hours will be held on Friday, January 21, 2011 from 5-8 PM at Brewitt Funeral Home, 14 Pine St., Exeter, NH. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 22 at 10 AM at Christ Episcopal Church, 43 Pine St., Exeter, NH. Burial will follow at the Exeter Cemetery.
