Bedford was a client of the Family & Children's Society since 2004. He had a faithful aide Vietta for several of those years. We were shocked and saddened to hear the news and we will truly miss him. May God grant his family peace during this difficult time. Penny Sched. Supv. for the Family & Children's Society.

My thoughts are with the family at this time. I just talked to Joey sunday evening and we shared a few laughs, I'm stunned and saddened by this news.

Joey was a good man who loved his family and would give the shirt off his back to those he called a friend.

He did his job better than anyone and I always picked his brain about the business. He made me a driver when I was a know nothing "rookie".

R.I.P. Joey, I'll miss you but you are in a better place. Heaven just got one hell of a dispatcher.
