Belin Irene Cisneros

Belin Irene Cisneros passed away on March 17, 2024, at the age of 72 in Denver, Colorado. Belin was born on December 23, 1951, to David and Stella Cisneros in Denver. She was the beloved wife of Richard Hurtado and later Joseph Rudy Romero.

Belin was a loving mother to her daughters, Richie Lynn and Tracy Ronette, and a cherished grandmother and great-grandmother to her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Belin was known for her unconditional love, sense of humor, and radiant smile. She enjoyed reading her Bible, bird watching, and spending quality time with her family. Her kind heart touched the lives of all who knew her, making them better individuals.

Belin is survived by her daughter Tracy Hurtado, of Arvada, Colorado. Siblings, Geno Cisneros (Vivian), of Denver, Colorado, Philip Cisneros (Deborah), of Loveland, Colorado, Rick Cisneros (Christine Gartner Cisneros), of Denver, Colorado, Anita Cisneros, of Lafayette, Colorado, Linda Platzer (Robert), of Rocks Springs, Wyoming, and Michael Cisneros, of Thornton, Colorado. Granddaughter, Destiny Hurtado, of Denver, Colorado, Brittany Ibarra, of Arvada, Colorado, Grandson Samuel Ibarra, of Longmont, Colorado, Devon Ibarra (Elsie), of Louisville, Colorado and Ethan Austin, of Longmont, Colorado. As well as several Great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her Father, David Cisneros, her Mother, Stella Cisneros, her Daughter, Richie Hurtado, her Brother, David Cisneros Jr. and her Granddaughter, Alicia Cox Hurtado.

A Funeral service honoring Belin's life will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2024, at Old Stone Congregational Church in Lyons, Colorado, at 12:00 PM. The burial of Belin's ashes will follow at Lyons Cemetery. A celebration with family, friends, food, and drinks will take place at Lavern Johnson Park in Lyons following the burial.

Belin will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
