To Jenn and your family, my heart was broken when I heard of the passing of Ben while I was away! Your dad told me Ben was in the hospital before I left for vacation and I had no clue he was even sick until he told me. I am so sad. He was such a great guy. I will always remember he and I talking about our gardens and swaping what we grew with each other. He was a great father and a great person and I will surely miss that great smile and seeing him in the yard with the kids. May he rest in peace now.

Given Ben's love of all things Irish, we thought an old Irish proverb would make a fitting tribute to him:
Death leaves a heartache
no one can heal;
Love leaves a memory
no one can steal.
Ben touched many lives, and many people loved and cared about him. His memory will live on with those whose lives he touched forever.
