Benjamin Robert Capone of Winchester, formerly of Stoneham and The North End of Boston passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, April 27, 2020. He was 94 years of age. ?Born on October 19, 1925 in Avellino, Italy, Benjamin is the loving son of the late Alfredo Capone and Nancy (DeMinico) Capone. Benjamin and his family came to the United States when he was 9 years old where they first settled in New York City but later moved to and lived in The North End of Boston. Benjamin is a warm and caring son, brother, father, grandfather, uncle and friend. ?Benjamin was the proud owner of King Auto Seat Covers in Cambridge, Massachusetts for many years. He was a loyal and dedicated family man. He loved spending time with his daughter, son in law and grandchildren. He was their biggest fan. Papi, as he was called by his grandchildren was a happy generous man who was known for his smile and dapper dressing. Papi is a remarkable person who will be truly missed by all that knew him. ?Benjamin is the beloved husband of the late Evelyn (Rossetti) Capone. He is the devoted father of Danielle Adams and her husband Andrew of Winchester, Massachusetts. The cherished grandfather and best friend of Addison and Benjamin, Benjamin is the dear brother of Lucy Amara and her late husband Joseph of Needham, Massachusetts and the late Charles Capone of Somerville, Massachusetts. He is also lovingly survived by many nieces and nephews. ?Benjamin's family will gather privately at the Barile Family Funeral Home in Stoneham on Monday, May 4, before leaving for his burial to be reunited with his bride at Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett. For the safety of those they love and care so much for, a celebration of his life will be held when social distancing guidelines allow.
