Of Plum Boro, on August 16, 2013. BJ was a employee of the Liquor Control Board of Pennsylvania and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of Pittsburgh. Loving son of Terri E. (Theis) Hirt (Caesar Palermo) of Plum Boro and the Late John Hirt; beloved brother of Crystal Hirt of VA; nephew of Edward J. (Karen) Theis of Mt. Pleasant and Bernice and Robert Voithofer of Weirton, WV; grandson of Edward Theis of West Mifflin and the late Lois (James) Theis, and the late Bernard and Margaret Hirt. Friends received on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at GEORGE IRVIN GREEN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3511 Main St., Munhall 412-461-6394, where Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday. My sincerest condolences. BJ was a great person and I always appreciated what a sincere, honest person he was. BJ had a great sense of dry humor and I always enjoyed talking and laughing with him. God Bless his gentle soul up in Heaven and your family in this tragic time.
