Benjamin REAMS Obituary
REAMS, Benjamin Franklin
Passed away in Foresthill on Dec 11 at the age of 95. Born on a ranch in Gordon Valley, CA. Was a fast runner and tied the 100 yd dash world record. Known as the Fairfield Flash. Was elected to the Univ of Ca at Chico Hall of Fame for both track and football. Served in New Guinea during WWII.
He was preceded in death by his wife Idell. He was an Industrial Arts Teacher in Sacramento for 29 years. He left a son Chris and a daughter Diane. He was a loving proud grandfather to Rebecca and Eric.
A graveside service will be held at Mount Vernon of Fair Oaks on Dec 20 at 10am. To attend the memorial service on Jan 14, call 530-367-3331.

Reams family - My heart ached for you when I heard about the loss of your father/grandfather. Just by reading his obituary, I got a sense that he was a wonderful and passionate man. It sounds like he lived a very exciting life and was probably most definetely a laugh a minute.
