Benjamin SIMHON Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Benjamin Simhon aged 67 years, Saturday, March 26, 2016 in Florida, surrounded by his loving family. He was 67 years old. He will be greatly missed by his beloved Wife Simha of 44 years, and his loving Children Saul, (Stacy Lallouz), Moshe (Cigal Gabbay ), Assaf (Rita Meir). Cherished Saba of Sage, Samson, Sabra, Nadav, Adi, Liad, Benjamin and David. Loving brother of Shlomo (Sarah), David (Hana), Joyce (David) Esther (Late Rami Tamir Z"L), Moshe (Joelle). Funeral took place Sunday March 27 in Florida. Shiva being held in Florida. Contributions in Benji's memory may be made at "The Association For Soldiers of Israel." 514 738-2858.

Benny and I were always side by side at the 60 meters dash at the nautical college in Acco, some he won and some I did, he was an excellent high jumper as well.
Benny was always wearing a smile on his face and usually had a joke for you just when needed.
Benny was always in a good mood.
I hardly believe it has been a year since we lost him.
I miss you so much Benny!

With great sorrow I received the notice that Benjamin had passed.
Benjamin was my room mate in the nautical college in Acco and I have nothing but fun memories from those good times.

On november 1977 we walked together on evening time at Ashdod port , a cargo train passed slowly beside us , you asked me to jump with you on it , I refused , you jumped and with your huge smile you lifted your hand to say "shalom" .
Many years passed since that , it was my last time to see you ,a happy guy , good sportsman and in mathematics learning .Only remains the memories , our correspondence and the promise to come from Texas to Florida to visit you and it has not been fulfilled .

Benni and I were very close in school, we shared a lot of time together in sports.
My family and I visited with Benni and Simcha in Montreal only a year ago and had such a good time.
My wife, Mazal, me, my son Ben and my daughter Maayan, all of which met with Benni and his big smile, are going to miss him so much!
He will live in our memory for ever.
