Bernadine N. Gordon

To the family of Bernie, You have my deepest sympathy, In the passing of my dear friend. We have shared memorable hours talking and laughing on the phone. When Susan and Dean had important business, I would take her to her doctor appointments, We met one Sunday, Some years ago at Church. And we were friends forever. I often prayed with her, When her spirits were low. She could call me 24/7 .. She was my Mom, my Friend. I think I know more about her than her children, Because she shared with me things of her past before they were born :) I was her confidante, And Boy! could she talk, One day we talked for two hours and twenty minutes, She was very articulate, And sharp. She was absolutely amazing

In Memory

I have been a friend of Mrs. Gordon and her husband for many years. They were related to Art Smith - a pioneer aviator - and contributed several memorabilia items to the Greater Fort Wayne Aviation Museum - of which I am the curator. Bernadine was also known for her writings of Art Smith. Beautiful memories of a great couple, who now rest together in Heaven.
