Bernadine Prudencio, surrounded by his loved ones, passed away quietly at his home Thursday, October 16th after a courageous battle with cancer. Bernadine was the devoted father of Christina, Brandon and Alyssa and partner of Annjanette Gauthier. He was the loving son of Bernable II and Emma, and a dear brother to Marissa, John, Maribell, and Jun. Also, he is survived by his in-laws, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. In 1958, Bernadine was born in Manila, Philippines and graduated from Amparo High School and University of the East. He was a Mail Carrier for the United States Postal Service for twenty-nine years. Bernadine loved watching and supporting all bay area sport teams, especially his San Francisco 49ers. Bernadine will always be loved and greatly missed by his family and friends and will forever be in our hearts and memories. Visitation and Rosary Sunday, October 26th at 5:30pm at Oak Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park, followed by church service on Monday, October 16th at 10am at St. Francis of Assisi.

We will always remember our cousin Bernadine "Doden" as a gentle, kind and loving man who in some ways was like a brother to us. He was a loving nephew of our Dad. We have fond memories of him visiting our family in Salinas and at many celebrations. He was a sports enthusiast and we remember his love of the 49ers.
