THE BLUMENTHALS AND KAPES ARE FAMILY. WE GO BACK TO THE DAYS WHEN OUR FATHERS BECAME PARTNERS AND FRIENDS. BERNIE WAS ANOTHER "BROTHER" AND HIS WARMTH, SINCERITY AND GENUINE INTEREST WERE CONSTANT.
