What a gift it was to have met Bunny Thomas over 20 years ago . . . . She touched my heart in so many ways-- from her twinkly eyes to that endearing smile to her love of flowers and gardening-- I admired, respected, adored and loved her. "My" Bunny was an example of pure goodness and joy . . . .
With thoughts and hugs to her family at this time of loss. Take care of one another.
Respectfully,
Tanya Becnel

Ms. Bunny was a "good and faithful servant" until the end. Our family was blessed to know her and to experience her love and joy. My dad, Dr. Robert S. Ledbetter, was one of her biggest fans. They kept in touch over the years after he left Metairie Ridge in '89. My mom and I were lucky to attend her 100th birthday this year. Heaven gained one heck of an angel! Blessings to the family!

From the family of Myrle and Bill Chevis, our deepest synpathy on your loss. Our mother worked with your dad at NYL and had numerous occasions to be around them. Ms. Bunny was one of the sweetest people I have ever had the pleasure to meet and know.

It is hard to put into words how special Aunt Bunny was to our entire extended family. She had the warmest smile and her kind eyes were only a glimpse into her sweet soul. I was so blessed to know her and to be part of the Thomas family. Rest in Peace and Love Aunt Bunny.
