Bernhard LEHMANN Obituary
September 17, 1926 - December 19, 2014
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bernie at the age of 88 years on Friday December 19, 2014.
He is survived by his loving children, Karin, Rick (Marietta) and Anita (Gil), eight grandchildren, and two great- granddaughters and his brothers Hugo (Lucie) of Edmonton and Helmut (Bruni) of Germany.
Bernie was predeceased by his loving wife Ilse in 2001 and by his brothers, Herbert and Walter.
Those wishing to pay their respects may do so on Monday, December 22, 2014 between 6:00 and 8:00 p.m. at the South Side Memorial Chapel, 8310 – 104 Street.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 23 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Matthews Lutheran Church, 7607 89 St NW, Edmonton. Interment to follow at the Glenwood Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Bernie can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
