Bea and I had many laughs together as well as a tear here and there. I will always remember her tutoring me in making chopped liver as well as her wonderful cheesecake.
She showed me how important it is to say "I love you" to those who are special to you. I will always cherish her memory as she was extraordinary to me and my family.
May her memory always be a blessing. Sending my love to the family.

Bea (or Mrs. Allweiss, as I always referred to her) was a part of my life from childhood on Wilshire Drive to HS in Brookview Village and through Barbie until her passing. I fondly remember her tolerance (and eventually lack thereof) of us as we tore up the neighborhood, played sports together and hung out in the basement or Barbie's room. I won't give away any of our secrets in print, but suffice it to say that Bea was more understanding and restrained in putting up with our sometimes (often?) poor decision-making and possibly less than legal behavior than most other friends' parents. Don't get me wrong, she certainly had a limit, and when needed, let us know. My condolences to all of the family and I hope that her memory will soon bring joy and a smile to all.
