Bob and I had a great respect for "Miss Bernice". She was a true lady and gave me a job for a while when things were rough. We valued her friendship and advice. She was really something dressed in her Sunday best, and Heaven must have been one happy place when she came walking in. My best to everyone--

Bernice trained me when I started at the Welfare Dept in 1976. She was such a hoot and I am glad that we were able to share many laughs together. I don't think I have ever had a better teacher...she taught and you didn't even realize she was doing it. Love to you all.
