Bertha Jenneth Sorensen

Bertha J. Sorensen, 80, of Yakima passed away on February 29, 2012.
Bertha was born on October 28, 1931 in Edmonds Statsman, ND to Frank Seiler and Myrtle Anderson.

Bertha was a LPN for 23 years in Minnesota and the Yakima area. She loved playing pinochle, cooking and camping at the riverside and caring for her beautiful roses. She was very proud and enjoyed helping people.

Bertha is survived by her daughters, Kathryn (James) Mistelske of Bayard, NE and Jan (Richard) Parr of Taylors, SC; her sons, Phillip (Jogena) Clow of Yakima, WA, Chester Clow of North Dakota, Billy Ackerman of Seattle, WA, Frank Clow of Morton, ND and Arthur Clow of Yakima, WA and brother, Ray Seiler of Birmingham, MN. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Alfred and son, John Clow Jr.

Visitation will be Thursday, March 8, 2012 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Keith & Keith Ninth Avenue Chapel. A Funeral Service will be Friday, March 9th at 10:00 am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints at 4307 Englewood/ 3rd Ward. To share a memory of Bertha, visit keithandkeith.com.
