CONCETTA SUCHOCKI NORTH ARLINGTON Concetta 'Connie' Suchocki (nee Ardito), 85, died Wednesday, March 9, 2011, at the Compassionate Care Hospice in Jersey City. Born in Jersey City, she lived there until moving to North Arlington 25 years ago. She worked as a secretary for St. Mary's Elementary School in Jersey City for 17 years before retiring 13 years ago. She was the beloved wife of the late Alexander 'Stanley' Suchocki; the devoted mother of Theresa Suchocki, Robert Suchocki and his wife Estelle and Diane Kearney and her husband Robert; the cherished grandmother of Robert and Lauren Suchocki, Ryan, Corey and Elyse Kearney; the dear sister of Nicolina Asconi and her husband Ralph, Frank Ardito and his wife Jean, Vincent Ardito and the late Sylvester and Peter Ardito; and loving sisterin-law of Betty Jean Ardito. Funeral from the Parow Funeral Home on Saturday, March 12th at 8:30 a.m. thence to Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, North Arlington for the Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m.; Interment, Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. The family will receive friends on Friday (today), from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Queen of Peace Grammar School Angel Fund, 21 Church Place, North Arlington, NJ 07031. I will always remember the day my first granddaughter was born, I bothered Ms. Connie so much about getting a message. Connine has been there for me as a friend, through good and bad, never judging, but always showing love and understanding. She watched my children grow up and become adults with there own children.
