Bertie Mae Stacy Wise LEBANON, Va. Bertie Mae Stacy Wise, age 70, went to be with the Lord Thursday, May 12, 2011, at her home. Born July 18, 1940, in Buchanan County, Va., she was the daughter of the late Lonnie and Cora Charles Stacy, she was of the Baptist Faith, and she had read her Bible in its entirety at least four times. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Burton, Quincy, Herman, and Millard Stacy and one sister, Wadie Woods. Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Daniel Jackson Wise; four daughters, Tyna Carol Labrador and husband, Edgar, Columbia, S.C., Kathy Sue Feeser and husband, Lee, Port Orange, Fla., Melissa Ann Wise, Lebanon, and Tammy Monk and husband, Michael, Bristol Virginia; two sons, Daniel Jackson Wise Jr. and Terry Stephen Wise, both of Lebanon; 12 grandchildren, Kristy, Andrew, Sean, Shaynia, J.D., Brandi, Lee, Nathan, Samantha, Jade, Ryan and Julia; five great-grandchildren, Haley, Landon, Keeley, Brayden, and McKinley; also several nieces and nephews; one sister, America Charles, Ohio and one brother: Ervin Stacy and wife, Patty, Hurley, Va. The funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday, May 15, 2011, in the Combs Funeral Service chapel with the Rev. Larkin Boothe officiating. Burial will follow in the Ketron Memorial Gardens, Lebanon. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends after 6 p.m. Saturday, May 14, 2011.
