It has been a year since you went home to Jesus and I have missed you the entire time. I know that you are enjoying yourself in heaven, but I really miss you down here. I hope to hear you laugh again and call my name. I will see you up there whenever it Is my time to come home. I love you and I miss you like crazy and so does Mama. Mama talks about how much she misses you all the time. You are loved and missed very much .

I had the privilege of meeting Bessie just six weeks prior to her passing. She made me laugh. I could tell right away that those who knew her the longest must surely have wonderful stories about her life. My only regret is that I didn't know her longer. To her family, she loved you all very much. Donna Crider, Paris, VA.

To the family I offer my condolences during this peroid of mourning. The loss of the physical presence is a hard one to cope with. Try and find comfort in the fact that she is in a better place now rejoicing with those who have went on ahead of her.

We are so sorry to hear of Mrs Grigsby's passing. It will seem very strange when we visit 1st Baptist to not see her smiling face in the back of the santuary anymore. Our condolences to the family and 1st for your loss. It has been interesting to see the entries in Facebook by the former junior ushers as to how they felt about her and how they will miss her.
