Bessie McCullough, 89, passed away on November 23, 2021 in Lincoln, Nebraska. She was born to John Siragusa and Concetta Castro on November 20, 1932 in Omaha, Nebraska. Bessie was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church.
Family members include her children, Michael McCullough (Cheryl), Kathy Lahners (Guy), Robert McCullough (Donna), Nancy Bartlet, and Rob McCullough (Cecilia); grandchildren, Megan Duncan (Ben), Ryan McCollough (Caroline), Bobby McCullough (Sara), Amy Rau (Matt), Lisa McCullough (Garrett Palmer), Jeremy Lahners (Allison), Kristi Lahners, Tammy Lahners, Loretta Gibson (John), Candice Runge (Matthew), Heather Lahners (Dillon Sheppard), and Lauren McCullough; 13 great-grandchildren; sister, Josephine Parrett. Preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, and 3 sisters.
Memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 11th at 10:30 a.m. at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 4500 Duxhall Dr. Memorials to directed to the family. Condolences online at roperandsons.com

Kathy and Family: We are so sorry for the loss of your mother. She made a mark on all your hearts i her own special way. Now that she is gone from this earth; she is still here in Spirit. So sorry for this loss. Bessie was so cool and fun. I loved working with her at the Arbors. She was a great woman who holds a very special place in my heart.
