Beth and i would talk on the phone or chat online and we looked at things the same way. I her I found a sweet, peaceful Spirit even if she was going through a tough time. She didn't complain about being sick and if you didn't ask her she wouldn'r say...and when you did it was simple(mostly a sigh). I wrote on here when I found she had passed and I wished peace for her,a place with her animals and nature, and a hope to see her someday.I see memories and it's usually some conversation that she was so sincere, but passionately ticked.(with reason-as I said we had common thoughts about things). I miss those and the hoping I'd get back to N.Carolina and see her and her beautiful home...Dear Beth.

Beth and I grew up together. We lost touch in our mid 20´s. As kids we were thick as thieves. We shared everything together. She was always the life of the party and there were a lot of parties. My heart goes out to her family and friends. The world is a little sadder without her in it.

I didn't know her but just wanted to say a prayer for Beth's family.
Dear LORD GOD,
I did not know Beth but I've experienced loss in this life and I know and understand the pain.
Please be with Beth's family during this time of sadness and sorrow. Please comfort their hearts during their time of grieving.
Please bring Your Peace in their hearts reminding them that their Beloved Beth is with You and is no longer suffering and someday they will be reunited again.
Please watch over the Carr Family and stay with them my LORD.
IN JESUS NAME I PRAY AND ASK THESE THINGS.. Ameen

I´ve known Beth since elementary school, we were always friends. One day in junior high she needed a ride home from school, I told her I´d take her. She rode on my handlebars of my bike and we cracked up the whole way. She asked me inside when we arrived and got me something to drink. She was an awesome person and a friend, I was wondering why she hadn´t commented on the message I sent her recently. It´s a sad day and I will miss her friendship.

I met Beth in September 1975 when I transferred from Miami Central to North Miami Sr High. We had homeroom together. She is the very first person who talked to me. She made me feel welcome. We talked every day and soon became friends. That was Junior year. We remained friends all through high school, attending the many parties that happened. We reconnected in 2009 when I first got on Facebook. She was living in Murphy NC. In 1977 and 1978 I worked at Fontana Village Resort. Not far from Murphy. I had friends there and in Hayesville. So when we reconnected I mentioned this to her. We always could talk. I felt so bad when her husband passed. I know she was lonely. But she lived in such a beautiful place and she knew it. Her daily good mornings on Facebook were always nice. I was shocked and saddened when I learned of her passing today. Godspeed Beth. You will be missed.

This took me by surprise...I have only known her for the last 10 yrs or so meeting her through other friends. We all lived in the area of Miami and she invited me up to her home to meet up after many FB chats and calls. She was so warm ,so honest, but she didn't let on she was this sick.I knew she was going to the hospital 2x a week...the last thing I see she wrote me was I am still standing...Oh Beth, I remember we both said I love you, really I do...we had these long texts...where we talked about so much. I hoped she'd move back and then I was thinking we'd move to N.Carolina and how surprised she'd be...
She also was so sad since her husband died, missing him so much. I hope he greets her and they are young, in love and beautiful again.

My heart hurts for the entire family and everyone lucky enough to know Beth. We were school friends and their real estate office was located behind my grandmothers home. Beth didn´t meet any strangers, was soft, kind and funny. I looked forward to her daily uplifting posts and was really looking forward to connecting with her in NC. I and am so sad to hear this news. Prayers for peace.
