Chiang, Betty Yeh Lan, 65, of Coconut Creek, passed away March 24, 2012. She was born in China to the late Miao and Kuey Yu (nee Chin) Chiang. Betty was the previous owner of several restaurants in South Florida including Uncle K.C. Chinese Restaurant of Coconut Creek and China Cafe of Boca Raton. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Alice Kiang and Ronnie Klein, sons, David Wong, Edward Wong, grandchildren, Bryson Klein, Peyton Klein, sister, Yun Lan Chiang, brothers, Kuo Ching Chiang, Joseph Chiang, Don Chiang, Jerry Chiang, many cousins, nieces, nephews and beloved friends. The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 27, 2012, 9:30am - 1:00pm at Kraeer Funeral Home, 1655 University Drive, Coral Springs. Interment will be in Dallas, Texas.
