I lived in the same community as the Currie familiy. I will always remember Mrs. Betty as a mom to me. She and Mr.Larry were always available to talk with me and to be my special friends. I will never forget the wisdom and special moments you both shared with me during my teenage years.
I will miss her but God needed her there with him.

Mother Currie will be greatly missed, butour hearts are filled with with the love that SHE put there. We will have memories to last our lifetimes. I enjoyed singing with her in the Vocal Choir. I remember her as a child on Shaw Street when the family lived next door to my Aunt Helen. And the Currie Family was awesome even then! I enjoyed just having life talks with her. She was a woman of great wisdom, who loved the Lord, and it showed each and every day. God bless you in your loss, but we remember that it is truly heaven's gain and we will see her again.

To all of the Currie Family, I am so sorry for your loss. Betty, Mrs. Currie to me as she was a gem. Oh How I love to hear her sing. She would say now Trudy, you know Ms. Gracie wouldn't like you doing that and neither would I and I would say, Yes Maam! When I would come home and go to Mt Zion, she would be one of the people that I would look for. I will never forget her. Take comfort that she is present with the Lord.

To Larry and The Currie Family,
I will miss Betty because she always kept me "inline". That was an inside joke that she and I shared!
My heart is so very heavy because Betty was a very special lady. I remember her at Mt. Zion in the 70's singing in the choir, even then you knew that she had a relationship with GOD!
My deepest sympathy, love, and prayers are with and I am asking GOD to continue to keep HIS loving arms around you now and in the days to come.

Pam, SlyvieJane, and family, we are sorry to hear of your loss and pray God grants you comfort in knowing; to be absent in the body is to be present with God.
May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived & please know that you are in our continuous prayers....

Pam, I wil raise your mother's name and yours tonight in prayer and ask that you not allow the enemy to use this in any way of changing your view of the world. As it will be hard for you to say goodbye to your mother, just put it off for as long as you can but in the mean time just say to yourself and to your mom "Good nite and I will see you in the morning".
Respectfully
