Betty Murray Obituary
Betty will remain in the hearts of her surviving family: her sister, Helen, and son, J.B. Jr., as well as 8 of her grandchildren who will miss and remember their "Mims" with love, Lisa (Andy), Jacob (Laura), Anthony (Tiffani), Philip (Ashley), Andrew (Shontyl), Melissa (Kyle), Alexandria, and Dylan. Additionally, she leaves behind 18 great-grandchildren and many friends from her travels. Betty is preceded in death by her husband J.B. Sr., twin brother Ted and older brother Charles, daughter Jeana, son George, daughter-in-law Paula, and grandson Austin.
A funeral service is scheduled for 1:00 PM on Sunday, January 7th at Corley Funeral Home located at 418 N 13th St., Corsicana, TX 75110. Flowers and condolences may be offered at the funeral home.

During the pandemic I would pick up groceries for Betty. Her list said bread (bimbo.) I picked up a loaf of Mrs Bairds like I had been doing for weeks. I dropped off her groceries and I short time later received s phone call. She said, "Cindy, did you notice I put bimbo for the bread name?" Surprised I answered, "No! Never heard of it, I thought you were calling me a bimbo." We laughed & from that time forward I was always bimbo & she got her Bimbo bread. LOL
I will miss Betty & her stories. May she rest in peace
