Betty was born on July 15, 1931 and passed away on Monday, January 23, 2017. Betty was a resident of Lafayette, Ohio at the time of her passing. She was a 1949 graduate of Carey High School. She was married to Herbert. Visitation will be Friday January 27 2017 from 1:00 -2:00 p.m. at STOMBAUGH-BATTON FUNERAL HOME Carey. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Ray Mallett OFM Conv. and Toby Risner officiating. Burial will be in Ritchie Cemetery Crawford OH. Memorial contributions may be made to Lafayette Library or Lafayette-Jackson Fire Dept. in care of Stombaugh-Batton Funeral Home 225 West Findlay Street Carey Ohio 43316-1169.

Shared wonderful times around the Risner table during 70's. After ballgames Betty always had apple turnovers and Pepsi. What a treat! You will be sadly missed and always remembered. Gil Clark
