Sincere condolences to the family of Betty. She was a childhood friend in Yonkers when we went to PS21 and I have fond memories of playing at her house. Was saddened to hear of her passing when I wanted to wish her a happy birthday this week. She was an amazing women and her many accomplishments and multi-faceted careers are awesome. May God and memories be a comfort.
