Beverly Dashiell

Beverly Jane Dashiell of Lakeland Florida, went to be with the Lord on April 16, 2025 at the age of 73, surrounded by her loved ones.

Bev is survived by her sons, Brian Scott White and George William White Jr. (Nicole) 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews including, Charles Pruitt II and wife Brittany Pruitt, great niece Adeline Pruitt and great nephew Triple Pruitt, sisters Brenda Parsons, Grace Abbott, Donna Washington, Tina Davis, and brother Burton Colflesh.

Bev was preceded in death by her brothers Michael Colflesh, Lawson "Turtle" Colflesh, and sisters Tannia Davis and Tammy Davis.

Born on February 15th, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Lawson and Carol Colflesh. She attended Mardela High School and graduated in 1970. She worked for Salisbury Glass and later retired from Lakeland City Glass. She was a member of The First Baptist Church of Auburndale, Florida.

Bev will always be remembered for her love of crocheting and making gifts for children and animals in need. Beverly was also a very active member of the First Baptist Church of Auburndale where she attended Bible studies, VBS, bonfires, picnics, women's events, and worship, and all other church events that she was able to attend. Beverly truly enjoyed helping people and doing all she could to serve. The AHG girls benefited so much from her many hours of sewing badges. She loved to knit for others. Her Church family enjoyed her engaging personality and laughter. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by many.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at the First Baptist Church of Auburndale, 300 Main Street, Auburndale, FL 33823. With a time of visitation from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.
