I knew Bev through my parents Connie and Larry Taylor in Rockville. Just this past fall I worked in the salon at Westminster and was blessed enough to be reacquainted with Bev- She was an absolute joy! She was a beautiful woman and will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers be with the family. God truely has a beautiful Angel to join his choir.
