Bill Cronos

Bill Cronos, Age 80, formerly of Marlborough, MA passed away peacefully at his home in Austin, TX on Dec 24, 2022. Bill was a veteran of the US Air Force having served at the Pentagon with top-secret clearance during the Vietnam Era. He was a member of the Algonquin Amateur Ham Radio club for many years. He worked for Digital Equipment Corporation and the Sylvania Corporation at the beginning of the dawn of the computer age as an electronics specialist. In his downtime, he enjoyed reading engineering publications and factual books, and watching Gunsmoke. He leaves behind, his daughter, Carolyn Alexander, of Austin, Texas, his son John Cronos of Grafton, MA, his son David Cronos of Lexington, SC, and their extended families including grandchildren. A private memorial will be held in the spring by the family.
