Mr. Bill was a great man and will be missed! He had such a big heart and never met a stranger. He certainly had a lasting impact on our family. Prayers for his family!!

My prayers are with the family of Bill Franks, especially Dr.Russell Franks. On behalf of the veteran community here locally, we thank Bill for his service.

Bill worked with my husband at University Hospital and I remember him being such a kind person, whom my husband always spoke well of and said he would give you the shirt off his back if he thought you needed it.
Rest In Peace, Bill. My thoughts & prayers are with his family & friends.
