Mr. Phillips is survived by his wife of 58 Years Patricia Phillips they were married August 3rd 1963. He is also survived by his three children and their spouses Lisa Scott Phillips , Brian & Sandy Phillips, Barry Phillips & Christy Hardy. Seven Grandchildren Brandon Scott, Ashley Daffron (Her husband Greg Daffron), Shayla Phillips, Cody Phillips (His wife Alyssa Phillips), Brandon Hardy (His wife Kelcie Hardy), Jessica Phillips (Her husband Dylan Wise) and Billy Phillips. Five great grandchildren Hunter Wise and Amelia Wise, Bentley Phillips and Dakota Phillips, and Arabella Scott.

I sorrow that I did not get to meet him on this side of the veil, but I am privileged to know his daughter Lisa - if children carry on the legacy of their parents, then he must have been an extraordinarily good person. May his passing be blest and may he rest in the joy of the Paradise for all time to come. May his family be granted the time to appreciate him and may sharpness of their pain pass as they contemplate his contribution to all our lives.
