Chris and I remember staying at their house for Thanksgiving in 2000. We slept on the pull out couch (or whatever it was) in Billy's room. Us three stayed up half the night giggling our little heads off.
What an amazing person...

I may have not been one of Billy's close friends, but he was always nice to me and everyone else. His kindness stretched beyond his close friends and family.

Patty, Janelle, & family -
I cannot believe this is happening again. My heart cries for you and your loss. From what I remember, Billy was always the younger brother with a big heart & SMILE! What a handsome young man he grew to be! I still think of Luke every time I hear the "Every Breath I take..." song. Unbelievable. The only glimmer of peace and calmness I feel is when I picture Luke and Billy together. May your hearts be strengthened by the love you share!

Janelle,
I just heard this morning when I came to work. My heart aches for you. I have not seen your family in years. I do remember the time you went home for lunch and Billy had macaroni and cheese or spaghetti'os all over the kitchen floor, down the cupboards, just all over the place. He was just a little toddler. He had made his own lunch. You spent your lunch hour cleaning it up.
You are in my thoughts and prayers.
You have lots of friends-all willing to just be there for you.

I hadn't seen Billy since he was very little, but it breaks my heart to look at all the beautiful pictures of him and his gorgeous family on his facebook memorial site. The love between them all is very obvious and I can feel the loss they are experiencing. God only takes the best, even if we don't think it's their time. All of Billy's family and friends are in my thoughts and prayers.

Billy was always a great friend to me. I'll always remember him as a scrapper. It was how he played basketball, and it was how he lived his life. He always made the most of what he had. He worked hard and he was so unselfish. BHP always put his friends and loved ones before himself, and I have an incredible amount of respect for him. My sympathy goes out to his parents, Molly, Brayden, his family and his friends. Billy will be missed, but his spirit will live on inside all of us who knew him, and how great of a friend and father he was.
