76, Of Glendale, Arizona passed away on October 6, 2013. Billy was born and raised in Winder, Georgia to Arthur and Laiuna Peppers on March 12, 1937. He led a colorful life filled with adventure and grand stories that are not only limited to the Winder city limits. In his younger years, his adventures led him throughout many parts of "The South." Billy was a master of his industrial craft starting with the Singer Sewing Machine Company (Atlanta, Georgia) where he was able to expand his travels outside the southeast and abroad. In the mid 70's he traveled west planting roots in Arizona. Proudly, in 1989 he started his own company, AAA Industrial Sewing Machine Repair (Phoenix, Arizona). He took great pride in the fact that there was no sewing machine he could not repair and passing his craft on to others as he made many life-long friends along the way. His legacy will carry on through his four daughters, Sheila Dyer, Gina Santiago, Michell Peppers and Maritza Jasso, and his fourteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
