Billy L. Richardson, 56, passed from this life on July 7, 2010 at 11:42 am at the Bloomington Hospital. He resided with his daughter and her family in Paragon, IN. He was born September 1, 1953 to the late Earl and Dorothy (Clampit) Richardson in Martinsville, IN. Mr. Richardson was a member of the Labors Union Local #1999 and he retired from Olin Brass in Indianapolis, IN. He leaves behind one daughter and her husband Ami and Jeremy Silcox of Paragon, IN; two brothers and their wives, Earl, Jr. and Vicki Richardson of Martinsville and Randy and Kathleen Richardson of Morgantown; two sisters and their husbands, Patty and Henry Blevins and Mary Lou and Mike Myers all of Martinsville. He also leaves behind four grandchildren, Destiny Mackenzie, Allison & Jeremy, Jr. He was preceded in death by his spouse, Judith Lynn (Stanley) Richardson on April 8th, 2002. Friends may visit Saturday, July 10th from 4-7 pm at Neal & Summers Funeral & Cremation Center. Rev. Cleve Cross will officiate at a celebration of life service to begin at 7 pm at the funeral home. There will be no graveside committal service. Contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 3816 Paysphere Circle, Chicago, IL 60674 or the American Diabetes Association, 6415 Castleway W. Drive, Suite 114, Indianapolis, IN 46250.
