Blair MAY Obituary
April 12, 1959 - April 29, 2013
Blair "Bossman" passed away on Monday and is riding where the sun will always shine on him. He is survived by Queen Judy, wife and best friend. He'll be missed by daughter Michelle and grandsons, Daniel and Jackson, as well as brother Colin, sister Cori Lou (Barry), sister-in-law Christine (Bob), brother-in-law Gary (Cris) and many nieces and nephews. He will be missed by all at the Last Door where Blair served, lived and laughed! The phone won't ring, the quips from his chair will be silent, yet every roar of a bike engine will be a smile of remembrance. The celebration of life will be Friday, May 10, 3:30 p.m. at La Perla Ballroom, New Westminster Quay. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the Last Door Recovery Society. www.lastdoor.org

Our thanks to Blair for helping our son through his treatment at Last Door. Our son is still clean and sober thanks to Blair and all the good folks at Last Door. We will keep the family in our prayers.

Solid is a good word to describe Blair. Awesome is better and Blair will always remain awesome in our minds. Memorable....certainly, and who else could consistently pull off the shorts and casual attire in such a goodhearted gentlemanly fashion! Blair was a solid pillar in the Last Doors Parents Group and could be counted on for his sage advice and humble road trip stories. His ever ready smile was genuine and brightened ones heart when directed your way. He was an integral part of the life blood pulsing through the Door......thus contributing to the ever present effervescent “Door” energy. Above all Blair showed his love for the Door and its revolving occupants at all times, and for that he can be labeled a great man! Thank you Blair for making our lives so much brighter, and thank you for blessing us with your friendship.
