To Blakes Parents:
I am the mother of Ethan Graham who was shot a killed in his apartment Monday Feb. 18. When I heard about your son my heart went out to you. I really know the pain of losing a son so young and so violently. I have wanted to contact you just to give you my support. I know that words from a stranger may not mean a lot but I know that somehow we will get through this pain. It is a pain that I hope no other parent will have to bear. For some reason the news of your son touched me more than anything else we hear in the news. Feel free to contact me by my e-mail address if you wish. You and your family will be in my prayers.

My condolences and prayers go out to your family. My brother Ethan Graham was shot and killed on 2/18/02, so I know and feel the pain you are going through. There is nothing that I can say that will diminish the pain but believe what I know: With God and time everything will be alright. Everyone keeps telling me to remember the good times, so you too, remember the good times.

Even though I never knew Blake I wanted you to know that my heart goes out to your family. You will be in my prayers for a long time. I just wanted you to know that you are being cared about by complete strangers. No parent should have to bear this kind of pain. I am so very sorry this has happened. The only good thing about grief, is it is about love.

I am a neighbor and friend of Blake Rogers. For ten years I have watched Blake grow. When he was younger Blake would come over and play cards and monopoly with my children. Then they would go across to the church and play football. Most recently Blake would talk to me with such pride about his new Monte Carlo. Once in a while we would get together and Blake would help me fix problems I was having with my stereo system. I will aways remember Blake with fondness.

I am a former co-worker & friend of Linda's. I cannot imagine the pain that you are in Linda. But remember that the light of your life and the twinkle in your eye is now the precious angel on your shoulder. He will always be with you and Russel. My thoughts and prayers are with your entire family.

Although we have not seen Blake for about 2 years, we have many fond memories of a young boy who was a great friend to our son, Zach. Blake always had a smile on his face and although the two boys did enjoy getting into mischief, they were respectful of others as well as to each other. We will never forget Blake nor will all who came in contact with him.....he was very special. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all those who loved him.

I'm Blakes cousin. Blake was a very good cousin and good friend. We did a lot of fun things when we were younger. Blake was always easy to get along with and a fun person to be around. Blake always had a smile on his face. Im really gonna miss you Blake. You were a good friend and great cousin.

Blake was my friend. There was a 28-year difference in our ages, but Blake was always kind and polite to me, and I have always considered him my friend. He helped me with my stereo, with making decisions about my car, and moving heavy things. He came to a photoshoot for the cover of a magazine I edited and he appeared with 3 other teens on that cover. I really appreciated him taking time out to do that. He played catch with my youngest son and basketball with my oldest son. He and my daughter were the same age. When he was a little boy, he hung out at our house and was a delightful guest. We went to Twins games together. As he grew older, I tried to look out for him as his neighbor, and I always felt he did the same for me. I will miss waving hello and goodbye to him nearly every day.
