BLANCHE G. GARZA
She is survived by her ex-husband, Joe V. Garza and son, Joe Anthony Garza, of Victoria; special friend, Armando Olivares of Houston; daughters, Blanche M. Galvan and husband Sylvester of Victoria and Jacqueline "Jackie" Jimenez and husband David of Victoria; son, Armando "Trey" Torres III and wife Letty of Victoria; sisters, Viola R. Garcia and Maria G. Garza, both of Victoria; sister-in-law, Clara Garcia of Fannin; brother, Adan R. Garcia of Victoria; grandchildren, Brandon Trey Torres, Hannah Rene Torres, John David Guerra, Erica Rae Garcia, Analisa (Estevan Salazar), Samantha and Daniella Escalona, Lauren Zamora, and Jeremy and Jonathan Jimenez; and great-grandchildren, Tyler Trey and Ariana Torres, Jaden and Jordan Salazar.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Evita Garcia; brother, David R. Garcia; grandson, Armando Torres IV; and nephew, Antonio "Tony" Garcia.
Visitation began at 2 p.m. Thursday, with a rosary recited at 7 p.m., at Artero Memorial Chapels in Victoria.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church with Father Stan DeBoe officiating.
Pallbearers: Sylvester Galvan Jr., Armando "Trey" Torres, Joe Anthony Garza, Brandon Torres, David Jimenez, and John David Guerra.
Honorary pallbearers: Rocky Villarreal, Mark Anthony Garcia, Francisco Garza, Joe David Garza, Adan Garcia Jr., David Garcia, and Richard Garcia.
Floral committee: Barbara Varela, Roseanna Alvarado, Diana Garza, Terry Reyes, and Belinda Gandy.
A special "Thank you" to Crown Hospice employees, especially Melinda Ware and Krista Anderson; also to her brother, sisters, cousin, Elena, Janie "Mom" Villarreal, and her many friends who were always by her side.

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that your “sister / mother/ grandmother/ friend” was not only beautiful on the outside but on the inside.
