Bob Lowies

Bob Lowies, of La Verne, California, born on May 24, 1929 in Amsterdam, NL, to the late Carolina Lowies and the late Hubertus AJ Lowies, passed away at age 89 on November 17, 2018 in San Dimas, California. Bob attended MTS. Bob served in the Army and he also dedicated his career to being a mechanical engineer until he retired in 1998. Bob was married to Henny Lowies. He was preceded in death by his sister, Lini. Bob is survived by his sons, Hubert and Ronald; daughter, Patricia; grandchildren, Robert, Trisha, Cody, Ian, Ronald, Jason, Matthew, Kaitlyn, and Leah; and great-grandchildren, Bailea, Shayna, Brayden, Tristan, and Jacklyn. He enjoyed sailing and woodworking. A celebration of life will be held on December 16, 2018 from 1:00pm-4:00pm at 3620 Moreno Avenue, La Verne CA 91750.
