Bobby Weir inspired countless people throughout his life and will continue to inspire all those that listen to his tunes or hear his stories. I was lucky enough to see him play with Dead & Company at the sphere last spring with my mom and that will always be my favorite memory of my life. Thank you Bobby for the music that guides my life. Peace and love forever.

My deepest condolences to Bob's family. I hope they continue their work with Farm Sanctuary and The Rainforest. I will always treasure my Danny's smile listening to Bobby play in a small Jersey bar. It is a fond moment I got to share with him before he died, and I will treasure it always. Will miss his spirit but glad we have his memory and music. I'm so sorry he's gone.

A life well-lived, the love will never fade.
Second only to my siblings, the Dead have been the constant object in my life for the last 50 years. And while this song it ain´t never gonna end, there is a sense that something else is different...whether it´s our own mortality or the sense of finality...it´s the ending of a chapter. And this `ol Head thanks God each day for the music and the experience of the Grateful Dead. Thanks Bobby, for all you gave us

To his family I feel your loss. Was too soon, Bob had so much more to give to the world.Still in shock, and pain. You meant so much, not only the music, but your spiritual presence. Been listening to talks, interviews and opinions on YouTube and other platforms. Feels like such a loss, who am I gonna listen to now. R.I.P Bobby

Bobby was a constant in the threads of the fabric of many people's lives around the world. He brought joy, strength, intelligence, wisdom, mischief and fun to more people than could be imagined. His existence should be an inspiration for all. I am forever grateful for Bobby's sense of fairness and his involvement in many social issues that have been important for ages. I know that Natascha, Monet and Chloe will have unfillable holes in their souls for the rest of their lives with the loss of Bobby, but his love for them will last forever and time will give them the strength to patch those holes and move on, as Bobby would surely want them to do.
As Bobby so optimistically put it, 'Picture a bright blue ball just spinning, spinning free, dizzy with the possibilities'.
Peace.

From the very first notes, their music found its way into my heart, weaving through my childhood and echoing in every corner of my life since. I´ll never forget the magic of that night at Blossom Music Center, the lights, the energy, the songs that felt like they were speaking only to me. Thank you, Bob Weir, for continuing to pour music into our souls, for giving us melodies that linger long after the final chord. Their music isn´t just something I listened to it became a part of me, a legacy I carry with gratitude and awe. Rest easy and may the music carry on!

I have been privileged to attend hundreds of concerts during my lifetime.
The concert that stands out to me as the most memorable is Bobby Weir and Wolf Bros. in Boston in October of 2018. I have never experienced a concert where the artist and the audience were connected telepathically to that extent. I have a tape of the concert that I listen to all the time, and Bob's presence and artistry still jump out 5 + years later. I saw the Dead, or Dead Family, including Bobby, over 100 times and appreciate how meaningful and intelligent this music is, and will be.

Grateful to have seen one of your last shows and many many others. Thank you Bobby! So many good memories. Rest easy, you´ve performed live in front of more people than probably anybody else. I remember first seeing the band in 2021 at riverbend, from the moment the opener played "the music never stopped" I knew I´d be on the bus. Years later I still am and will continue to be forever grateful.

Thank you for sharing the music with us for all these years.
Every note of every song has impacted all who've heard it in different ways. Yet, at the same time, it brought us all together, both in happy times and sad.
When we're all together, there are no strangers, just another friend you haven't met yet. That legacy and the music will live on forever.
Rest in peace Bobby, it's been a great ride, and I'll never forget you.
Wishing the family peace, strength and comfort in the memories they hold in their hearts, now and forever.

Like everyone else I have a real love for Bobby Weir and the rest of the Grateful Dead. I could tell you stories of when I was 5 and coming across a record of working man´s dead or the first time I saw the Dead at MSG with my older brother Scott in 1987 when I was 9. The time I´d rather share a story of when I met Bobby backstage at a Furthur show and I was able to almost in tears say "no one has impacted me more through music then you and your friends" he just looked at me and probably thought how is this young man even here as it had always been an "older crowd" but he smiled and lifted both of his hands kind of shrugging and said "make sure you find something you love to do while you´re here" and walked away. It meant a lot to me that he stopped and spoke to me. I´m like all the other dead heads. I love these guys. I have a love affair with the community they began a love affair with them as people and a love affair with the music. The best music ever. So many nights I stood there listening, just to be in the room with them. What I´m saddened most by is now that Bobby is on his next journey I ask myself who will sing these songs to us? There´s so many spin offs and people but Bobby as we all know was beyond special. All I can say now is Thank You Bobby for a real good time.
