Lanoka Harbor - Bonnie McHale, 66 passed away on Thursday February 22, 2024 at her home in Lanoka Harbor. She was born on May 3, 1957 in Point Pleasant. She graduated from Toms River High School North, received a Bachelor's Degree from Stockton State College, and served as a social worker for many years. She enjoyed taking her dog, Romeo, on long walks along the bay, rollercoasters and amusement parks, driving her jeep onto Island Beach State Park, sitting for hours in the sun on the beach, swimming in ocean waves, and learning new skills like sailing and painting.

Surviving Bonnie is her husband, Gerald "Jerry" McHale; her daughter, Melissa McHale along with husband, David Bunn; her daughter, Amanda Lenzo along with husband, Justin Lenzo; her mother, Diane Salter; her sister, Tara Cunningham; her brother, Rick Salter along with his wife, Edith; her brother, Darrell Salter; her brother, Curt; her sister, Stacey Salter; two grandchildren Caeden McHale and Maximus Lenzo, as well as, many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her visitation Wednesday, February 28th from 6-8 pm at LAYTON's HOME FOR FUNERALS, 250 W. Lacey Road, Forked River, NJ 08731.
