Frances G. (Bell) Bradley passed peacefully on Monday, October 17, 2022, at Westminster Village in Dover, DE. She was 95 years old.
Frances was the daughter of the late Fredrick E. Bell and Virginia Mason Bell. She was born near the Taylor’s Bridge Community, DE on January 13, 1927. She attended the Taylor’s Bridge School for six years and then graduated from Smyrna High School in 1945. Soon after graduation she married Paul E. Bradley. She worked as a secretary for more than 30 years, most of them at the University of Delaware Cooperative Extension Service. Frances was a faithful member of the Summit United Methodist Church for 60 years.
Frances was predeceased by her husband Paul E. Bradley in 1995, her sister Ethel B. Selway in 2011, and her brother-in-law, Phillip Selway in 2017.
She is survived by two nephews, Steven Selway (Crystal) and Doug Selway (Carolyn), her niece Joan Bradley McGrath (Michael) and two cousins, Debbie Wicks and Art Hurst (Susan), and many grand nephews and nieces.
Services will be held on Wed., October 26th, with visitation from 1-2 pm, the service will begin at 2 pm at Daniels & Hutchison Funeral Home, 212 N. Broad St., Middletown, DE. Burial will follow in Old Drawyers Cemetery, Middletown, DE.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Summit United Methodist Church, 554 Old Summit Bridge Rd., Middletown, DE 19709.

We’ve lost a beautiful and caring friend; however, God has received an Angel. Our prayers go out to Mrs. Fran’s family. We will miss her dearly but will always have wonderful memories. Rest In Peace, Mrs. Fran.
