I only knew Brad for a few months but I know he loved his brother and family very much. Brad appeared to be a kind and gracious man and always treated me that way. I will miss him as we shared a desire to live happy and free. Praying for his brother and family in this difficult time. God bless you all.

May he rest with the angels, he has many loving family and friends to greet him. Brad and his brother, Brett, were the first set of twins in our Bartlett family, and my sister, MaryJune and I were the second set, arriving a year later. We saw each other as young kids a few times, but then there was a big gap of time that we didn't when they moved to WI & we moved to MA. We finally reconnected way back in 1979, and it was so wonderful! We had the best time that summer and kept in touch over the years. I have always been grateful for Brad flying out to see my twin sister, MaryJune, before she died in 2005 - they had a close bond and I know his visit brightened her days. Brett has always been a stalwart family man, who has always been counted on to support Brad, our family and me. "Our dead are never dead to us, until we have forgotten them" - George Ellitot. I will keep the memory of him and my sister in my heart forever.

I think of Brad often & how he no longer has any pain. We will always miss him and his contagious laugh! Uncle Ken and you must surprised each other when you got to Heaven. There is a large group of loved ones up there! I think I just heard a loud AMEN! Love you, Aunt Bev

Brad was an amazing human. I will remember him with his big heart, infectious laughter and creative ideias. I know with the help of his twin brother Brett he had an amazing 2024. Having someone strong to lean on. Someone with patience , kindness, understanding and most of all LOVE will not only improve one's quality of life but also extend it. Brad was lucky to have that in his brother Brett. Brad passed over knowing he was worthy, accepted and loved. To his friends , family and especially to his twin, I wish you healing and peace

I will miss my big cousin Brad dearly! It took a while for Brad to like me because I took away his title of being the baby of the family! I eventually worked my way into that big heart of his! Growing up Brett & Brad were like brothers to me along with Curt! It was always me & the boys! Brad made me laugh, sometimes cry but always protected me! I will miss that laugh of his! I love you Brad- rest easy and give your mom, grandma & grandpa a HUGE HUG for me! Until we meet again!

Having Brett and Brad right across the street from me when we were kids growing up in Oak Forest yielded many good times. We have many fond memories from the old neighborhood. I'll always remember Brad laughing or smiling about something. He was a character for sure. I hope you're at peace buddy.

We would walk for hours just talking about random things. We would laugh until we couldn't breathe. Brad was one of my best friends. We would keep me company until I finished my job. I will always love you. Miss you my friend.

We did not know Uncle Brad except the numerous stories told by our dad (John) and Uncle Brett. We do know that through those stories we can tell he was loved and that will be missed......they laugh and laugh when they talk about him and the memories he leaves behind. We never get tired of hearing about his love of animals, big heart and of course some of his mischievous escapades. We love you Uncle Brett and are here for you.. come visit us soon. Hannah & Emma B

I was shocked when Brett told me that Brad had passed. I know that Brad was doing a lot better since he came to live with Brett. I know the family and Brett will miss him very much. He will not be forgotten though.

My first memory of meeting Brad was when I walked into Flappers looking for his brother John who I just started to date. Brett and Brad caught my eye and when I asked if they knew John it let to a night of a lot of laughter and some great memories of my future brother-in-laws. Also, Brad would always get give me a hard time in the beginning for bringing Smoky hot & now burgers and not him! Rest Easy Brad..you are missed. Patti B

It has been an incredible and unforgettable journey of nearly 63 years.
Through thick and thin, together and apart, I was always with him.
Once a twin, always a twin.
I will miss him forever.
Please share a fond memory and some kind words as a keepsake for all of us.
