Mr. Bradley Ledford, 88, of Valdese, passed away on Friday, November 18, 2022 at his residence, following a period of declining health. Bradley was born on February 28, 1934 in Mitchell County to the late John Hollifield and Loucretia Ledford Ward. He was a proud United States Navy veteran. Bradley loved to buy and sell, and he was always looking for a deal. He loved to stay active whenever he could. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in passing by his wife, Bertie Lea Woody Ledford, and two sons, Mark Douglas and John Randall. Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Terry Ledford and Fiancé Vickie Burleson, Vickie Clanton and Husband Rick, and Kay Price and Husband David; Siblings, Cindy Buchanan, Clarice Singleton, Albert Ward, and Harold "Jell" Ward; six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
