We are so sad that Brandon has passed away. We will always remember what a nice young man he was as a teenager: involved in sports, so polite, and having a wonderful sense of humor. Sympathies to all his family. Sid and Penny Wenzel.

Brandon was a fantastic person. I always appreciated him and routinely talked about him even after we were done working together.

Brandon and I got paired up for buddy squats for morning PT one day. Boots and utes, flack jacket and kevlars. For context: at this time in our lives, I was 5'9" and 150lbs. Brandon didn't even need to bend over to pick me up, he hoisted me like I was a barbie doll and squatted away. No sweat. Then, it was my turn, and I completed one whole squat with that giant of a man. I still laugh every time I think about it. My condolences, Brandon will be missed. Attached is a picture of Brandon, Canapi (probably the smallest guy in Alpha) and me in Australia.

He was always kind to me in the marines. I´d wrestle around with him and he could pick me up with ease. He was incredibly strong. I would be hiking and I´d be dying and tired. I´d look up the hill and I see him carrying all the weight. He was strong. Seeing him carrying all the weight still pushing made me hike harder and not give up.
