AJ, it's been almost a month and it still doesn't seem real. I'll always the day I met you. Me, you and Gee were headed down to Norfolk for Norfolk Newlight's Gents weekend. We had a blast, from that day you weren't just a member of the 26th MD you became a big brother to me. I'll miss seeing you and just laughing because I know you're gonna say something funny. You touched soo many lives big bro. Thank you being my brother!

To the Coley Family. Words fail and the heart beats at such a rapid pace as I cant imagine the pain you are feeling. God is the only one that can bring divine comfort in this time of lost.
What a great young man. From the time I met him, while coaching 11-12 year olds for the Saints. Little did I know he was more of a Saint than I could ever imagine. That infectious smile and wonderful personality was always a needed and welcome sight.
God sent his angels to earth to retrieve a true Saint of God. Always involved; sleep now Brother. Take your rest we all love you but God loves you best.

It's difficult, making your thoughts words, when you have so many positive things to say about an individual. When we met in NC, it was like we grew up in the same neighborhood, went to the same school, and kept that friendship forever, even though we only met some 5 years ago. You touched my heart from the very beginning. Like all of our line dance family, your fraternity brothers and sorors, and certainly the Coley family, we will miss you dearly, but we are all better because of you. You will never be forgotten, our Boi Blue! My sincerest condolences to the family and my prayers and love are with you today, and always.

The highest honor in this world is to utilize the talent given to you and be of service while doing so. A.J did just that with his voice, photography and his ministry of making all feel seen. If he saw you he spoke, if he knew you he gave you the biggest hug ever and if he didn't see you he sent a message to let you know he was thinking about you. I will miss you checking on me and just sending a simple message to say I love you. Little Boy Blue you did well and will be missed. Thank you for showing us your heart.

My heart has ached every moment since I heard the news. I am not able to be at your homegoing service today but you are top of mind and yesterday everytime I looked at a video, there you were, dancing and smiling and loving on this community that so loved you in return. God, in his infinite wisdom, puts people in our life for a reason, a season or a lifetime. Part of your reason had to be to spread joy. You accomplished your mission and he said well done and called you home. While your season is up, you have left an indelible mark on the hearts of so many and you will be remembered for a lifetime. Watch over us and I won't even say line dance and sing all over God's heaven because I know you will.

I fell in love with AJ the first time I met him at our 2019 JSLD Mid Atlanta Jazz Festival in Rockville Maryland. AJ stayed the weekend and really taught us some great line dances. He was our Teddy Bear strolling around being humble and loving everyone. We will never forget ou Angel and I thank God for sharing AJ with me if only for a little while. The day I found out of your passing I picked up my phone and immediately text you because I didnt want to believe this was real. You are no longer here and it hurts because like many I never got that last warming hug, see your smile, or hear your laughter. Childhood friends lose touch but we finally randomly saw each other on my visit back to VA after 10 years. We were supposed to have brunch or dinner why did I take so long to make those plans now its too late and that is the worst feeling . You are truly missed Lonzo!
