Green! You left too early. I think I met you first with Georgians and then the Old Boys/Ravens. Whenever I saw a Coast Bus in trouble, at least downtown, I saw you there in, not red-flashing lights, but yellow-flashing ones. Of course, your were a great Rugby contributor via referreing and hoisting a few pints. Pleasure to meet you and good bless your family

When Brant wanted to join Marine Drive Golf Club he approached me to see if I could help him. I arranged a meeting with my dad Jim, Club President at the time in the lobby of the Club. He came down the stairs, looked at me and looked at Brant. A pregnant pause and said to Brant, my dad said to him, "Al says your a good guy, are you?" Brant responded, "Yes". My dad said, "Great your in, welcome to Marine!" It was the first time I saw Brant speechless. We turned around and left. The reason for the story, Brant Wragg is a Great Guy and will always be with me. Have fun playing with Arnold. Your friend, Al Borthwick

Brant should have been an actor. he didn't just recite "dead Parrot", he became John Cleese. Greens also pitched hardball at oppenheimer park after playing rugby. He didn't just pitch, he was Tug McGraw or Rolle Fingers. He had an alter ego in there that showed up. I'll bet he wasfun to watch with his neices and nephew, and I am so glad Brant was so well loved.

Brant and I were housemates for a time "back in the day" and spent many a Tuesday night across from each other at the poker table. I never got tired of hearing his rendition of the "dead parrot" or the "cheese shoppe". Greens was a very funny, gentle guy. I am sad he has left us but glad his suffering is over.
